With this new service, Grodan offers you to check how much fruit it takes to break even on higher substrate prices. For instance what kind of yield increase it takes to justify investing in Grodan compared to lower priced alternatives. You could also be interested in seeing if a yield increase of e.g. 6% justifies a higher price on your substrate.
The calculation is based on input values from your own nursery, and it is up to you to evaluate if the Grodan solutions will enable you to exceed the break even level. You will be surprised to see how little extra fruits are required to make it worthwhile co-operating with Grodan.
